Owner & CEO
DeWayne started this family owned business out of his garage in 1982. His approach has always been value and relationship driven. He is considered a true craftsman and visionary among his peers and person of genuine integrity within his community. DeWayne manages the everyday business operations and client services.
Josh Dykstra
Construction & Installation Manager
Josh grew up in the family business. He holds an instrumentation degree and decades of experience in general contracting construction as well as property management. He leads our remodeling and installation team.
Jake Dykstra
Finishing Specialist
Jake also grew up in the family business. From a young age he learned the art of crafting and finishing wood work. Very few people have the broad range of experience and knowledge Jake possess. Good thing he's on our team! Jake is also an EMT... just in case.
